·         Each aspect of Managed Print Services is beneficial in certain settings.  However, not all companies need an all-inclusive solution.  Inkwell representatives will not attempt to force clients into agreements which are not found to be mutually beneficial.  After conducting an assessment, Inkwell will propose a solution tailored to your specific needs.

Documented Savings

·         Inkwell collects total annual expenditure for each category of print expense including copier leases, maintenance agreements, print cartridges, and service.  This information provides an accurate representation of a company’s average monthly expenditure.  Current monthly expenditure is used as a basis for savings and ongoing cost control.

Operational Efficiency

·         Inkwell provides operational efficiency through improved document workflow, procurement automation, and advanced exchange equipment services.

Vendor Consolidation

·         Inkwell consolidates all print needs to one vendor.  Supply, service, and equipment needs are covered under one monthly invoice.

Quarterly Review

·         An Inkwell representative contacts each client quarterly offering a site visit for quarterly review of volume analysis by user and device, suggestions regarding equipment placement optimization, and to discuss any needed changes from the client’s prospective.

Fair Billing Practices

·         Each quarter, Inkwell provides an overview of volume actually utilized by each client.  If any client under-utilizes volume provided, Inkwell issues repayment at same rate as overages.
