We save customers 20% month one and more than 30% long term with no capital expenditure.
Cash Injection.
Inkwell provides additional working capital through reimbursement of capital currently invested in fleet of copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. This amount is typically determined by active depreciation on customer balance sheet.
Swap-out Service.
Inkwell does not fix equipment on site. Upon executing our partnership agreement, Inkwell purchases 20% additional equipment for every customer. This additional equipment enables us to provide swap-out service. If your printer needs repair, we bring a printer from our reserve and exchange it with the broken device. As a result, our customers’ downtime is eliminated.
Credit for Underutilization.
Inkwell provides credits for underutilization of contracted volume.
Supply Management.
Inkwell assumes responsibility of maintaining needed supply minimums, freeing customer personnel to focus on other aspects of business.
I.T. Helpdesk Relief.
Inkwell assumes responsibility of printer-related I.T. issues by acting as the “printer helpdesk,” reportedly reducing I.T. helpdesk calls by up to 40%.
Desktop Printing.
Unlike most competitors, Inkwell does not require workgroup printing. Our strategy meets customer needs through both desktop printers and shared devices.
Scanning.
Inkwell’s devices enable customers to scan, providing a means to store and share documents electronically.
