Assumption 7: You Dislike Capital Expendatures

We provide MFP's which scan in full color to both email and network folders. Our technicians will perform all needed configuration and setup. Scanning is smart! Scan functionality enables you to save on printing expenses, paper, and postage.

As with our MPS program, you only pay for the exact number of documents produced. Maybe a penny a page for b/w and 6 cents per page for color?

Automated Cartridge Services: Our ACS program provides printer cartridges delivered and restocked automatically for at least 20% less than you are spending on cartridges today.
Assumption 18: You Want Proof
Your business is cyclical and so is your document output volume. We completely understand that. We conduct an analysis and show you exactly what you are spending for the audited volume.

If you print more next month... you spend more right? For example your current cost per page is 5 cents based on your copiers and printers.
